We got a little snow...by a little I mean maybe 2-2.5 inches. Not a lot but definitely enough for the boys to want to play in it. Their friend Chandler from down the street came over and they got all bundled up to play. They had a blast and started making a "fort" out front. They were scooping up all the snow they could find and putting it in their block forms and making the outline of a fort. They got a fairly large "room" made and had 2 blocks stacked all the way around it. I kid you not...they had to have been out there for about 3-4 hours! I was really surprised at how long they lasted. When they came in their pant legs were covered in snow and frozen stiff at the ankles. That just meant time for a warm shower and jammies! We snuggled in for the night after that and played a game while we waited for Doug to get home from work.
