This is the little nest I was talking about the other day. It's a Kildeer nest in our empty lot. I tried to get a picture of the mother bird acting injured to lure me away from her nest. As you might expect, I couldn't get close enough to get a good picture. Here are the 3 little eggs in her nest made of rocks. There were 4 eggs in this nest a couple weeks ago but one must have died.
