The boys spent the night with Richey and Riley Peavler last night. Well...they must have had a great time because I found out today that Kaleb fell asleep at 4:00am and Kaden and Richey lasted until 4:30am...and probably would have lasted longer if Joann hadn't told them that it was time to settle down for bed. I was completely shocked that Kaden lasted as long as he did AND that he outdid Kaleb!
The boys stayed with them on Friday which helped us out a bunch. It is the last day of Spring Break and Doug had to work. Joann kept them with her until I was able to meet them after work. She made them a fantastic breakfast of pancakes, eggs, and sausage...MUCH better than they would have had at home! They played through the day and then she took them to the PlayPlace at McDonald's where I met them. She and I chatted for about an hour while they played then we headed out. We stopped to see Doug for a few minutes and the boys and I grabbed a quick bite to eat at the Food Court in the mall then headed back home. We pulled into the drive at about 6pm and this is what I found when I looked back. Kaleb NEVER falls asleep in the car anymore. And, while Bit does often, he was really in a deep sleep this time. I must have snapped 15 pictures trying to get just the right one of the 2 of them as well as some of them alone. They slept through it all!
